Educators Questionnaire.

 

Please fill out the form to ensure a smooth visit from Bakers and Shakers.

 

Bakers and Shakers requires:

 

  • Chefs to arrive to class with washed hands.

  • The children need to be sitting at tables with chairs. tables and chairs, preferably with students sitting connected.

  • We require one 6ft table and a working outlet.

  • One location for all classes. We have to remain stationary. We have equipment that makes it hard to travel from room to room. Students should switch classrooms if cafeteria is unavailable.

  • We adapt to common core curriculum so tell us what you are teaching and we will bake it with your students!

  • *IF YOU HAVE CHOSEN THE LITERACY CLASS, PLEASE EMAIL KIDSCOOKINGTEACHER@GMAIL.COM WITH THE FIRST INITIAL OF EACH STUDENTS NAME ONE WEEK BEFORE CLASS*

  • Please email allergy information once you receive a confirmation and have it on hand during class. If the student has an allergy preventing him/her from eating the product, although he/she can participate and take the finished product home to a family member, we suggest asking the child's parents to send a treat from home for consumption at the end of our class.

  • After your questionnaire is submitted you will receive an email with a confirmation date and invoice. Please reply with allergy list. if its a DOE class please email back the P.O.

  • Please adjust lunch periods to accommodate a flow of classes. 

  • Please submit all necessary paperwork to the DOE and send to kidscookingteacher@gmail.com

  • Looking forward to working with your mini chefs.

  • We arrive 10 mins before class trip to set up.

  • *A RECIPE WILL BE SENT TO YOU A WEEK BEFORE CLASS. PLEASE PRINT IT OUT FOR ALL PARTICIPATING STUDENTS TO TAKE HOME THE DAY OF CLASS*
