Kitchen Wizardry

 

Observe, take notes, and make comparrisons as we take everyday kitchen materials and  turn them into science projects.  At the same time the transformation from mini chef to kitchen scientist will be under way

 

Students will do hands on lab style experiments. 

 

Scientists in the kitchen will be learning more complex kitchen magic as we go.

 

Students don't have to understand all the nuances of how chemical bonds work or the polarity of soap molecules to see how the solutions interact with one another, making it easy for students to get introduced to complex scientific ideas with simple classroom experiments. 

 

Experiments are usually something the students haven't seen before, and are always very visual.

 

Kids will be having so much fun they wont realise this is an educational class. A  Win-win for kids and parents.
